12 WEEK PROGRESS.
I’m not one for long captions or captions at all. But I was so nervous to post this picture firstly I’m a sweaty mess these pics were done after the gym 😂. I’m not gonna crop my face I don’t care I’m being real🤷🏻♀️ But this process has been super intense mentally challenging and a huge learning curve. I’m so happy I know how to train, eat and live a healthier life style. In NO way was I ‘fat’ or ‘big’ in the first picture I just knew I wasn’t the best version of me and I knew I could be better.
I’ve always struggled with my weight but I’ll go into detail about that on my YT video.
This just shows you what hard work, determination can get you and IM NOT STOPPING HERE. My next goal is to gain a little fat and more muscle and live a balanced life style in no way restricting myself just balance. And get them GAINS 💪🏻. I want to give a huge shoutout to @justinpena_pt who believed in me, supported me and made me want to kill him in my gym sessions 🤨
