INGREDIENTS: 4 honey crisp #apples  3/4 cup #FlapJacked  #Cinnamon  #Apple  #Pancake  Mix 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup @thetoastedoat  granola [Macadamia chunk] 2 tbsp butter Dash of #cinnamon  Caramels, melted for topping . INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Peel the top of each apple. Using a knife, hallow out the apples making a well to pour pancake mixture. If your apples don’t sit up, slice a thin layer off the bottom to form a flat surface. 3. Mix together pancake mix, water, and 1/2 cup granola. Pour into apple holes 3/4 of the way. 4. Melt butter and add a couple dashes of cinnamon. Gently brush the rims of the apples before placing in the oven. 5. Bake in a cast iron skillet or deep baking dish for about 30 min. 6. INSTRUCTIONS Line baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350. If you’re a macro-counter, weigh your bowl before you add ingredients to it and make a note so you can subtract it later. . Put your bowl on your scale and add each ingredient in (besides the chocolate chips), zero-ing out the scale between each addition. Mix together with a whisk or spatula. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop out with 2 tbs cookie scoop so each ball should be around 26-28 g. This made 20 cookies for me. Now bake for about 10-12 minutes. INGREDIENTS: ⇢ 3 ¾ c #FlapJacked  #Buttermilk  #Protein  #Pancake  Mix ⇢ 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast ⇢ 1 ¼ c warm milk (110°-120°F) ⇢ 2 tbsp #honey  ⇢ 1 tsp kosher salt ⇢ ½ c baking soda ⇢ 1 large egg ⇢ coarse salt (or pretzel salt) . . DIRECTIONS: ⇢ Preheat oven to 450°F. ⇢ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ⇢ Pour milk into bowl of a stand mixer (see cooks note if you do not have a stand mixer), sprinkle yeast over top, add honey and stir. Allow yeast to bloom for 5-10 minutes. Once foamy, it's ready. ⇢ Fill an 8 quart pot with water and bring to a boil over medium high heat. In a small bowl beat egg and 2 tablespoons water. Set aside. Wash counter top to roll out dough, but do not flour it. ⇢ Add flour and salt to mixer. Knead for about 3 minutes until the dough comes together. Add more flour a tablespoon at a time as needed. Dough should be tacky when you pull it out of the mixer, not sticky. ⇢ Form dough into a ball. Cut ball into 64 (somewhat) even pieces. First quarter the ball of dough. Roll each quarter into an 18-22" strand. Cut that into 4 equal pieces. Then cut each piece into 4 equal pieces. When you are done you will have 64 pieces. ⇢ Carefully, add baking soda to boiling water. USE CAUTION: IT WILL BUBBLE UP. Place dough bites into boiling water about 10 at a time. Remove with a slotted spoon after 30 seconds. Place on parchment paper to cool. ⇢ Brush egg wash onto each one and sprinkle with coarse salt. ⇢ Bake for 7-9 minutes until the tops are browned! . Oooh the flavors of Fall. Macro-friendly Apple Pie Scones. No Guilt and pairs perfect with a cup of coffee or tea! . 10g protein | 16 net carbs | 5g fat . INGREDIENTS . 3 TBSP melted butter, divided 1/3 cup #applesauce  1 extra-large egg 1/4 cup + 1 TBSP #maple  sugar, divided 2 cups #FlapJacked  #Cinnamon  #Apple  #Protein  #Pancake  Mix 1 tsp apple #pie  spice (or #pumpkin  pie spice) 1 cup finely diced apple (about 1 small apple) . DIRECTIONS . Pre-heat oven to 350˚. - Combine 1st three ingredients into a large bowl. Beat with a whisk until blended. Add in 1/4 cup maple sugar and stir well. Slowly add FlapJacked mix and apple pie spice and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a thick batter is formed. Fold in diced apples to incorporate into the batter. - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 1/4 cup of batter and place onto the baking sheet. Use your hands to form batter into a triangular shape. Repeat with the rest of the batter (you should have 9 scones). - Use a pastry brush to apply the remaining 1/2 TSBP of melted butter over the top of the scones and sprinkle the remaining TBSP of maple sugar on top. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes (until fully baked through in the center). - Remove and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days (freeze after that!). Line 8x8" pan with parchment. • In a small bowl, whisk Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Truvia, and cinnamon. Stir in butter until you get a cohesive dough. • Place in the fridge while you make the cake.
