Eating healthy needs to be enjoyable, otherwise your best attempt to “eat well” will never be sustained. Then you’ll come crawling back to me again and again. But hey, I love the chase too.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I roasted these chickpeas with a homemade Greek seasoning (375F for 45min). You can also just buy roasted chickpeas if you’re rich, but the 99 cent can of chickpeas has my nameee on it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I find that adding more vegetables, or ingredients in general, decreases my need to use this less healthy stuff like dressings/cheeses. So get creative or just copy me 🤷🏻♀️.⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥗Bed of spinach, cucumbers, green peppers, red onions, sunflower seeds, feta. Add the roasted chickpeas once they’re cooled. I would’ve added tomatoes too if I had em. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stick to 1 tbsp of Greek dressing OK?! Ok.
